February 21 - 23, 2019 - Board Meetings • Salt Lake City, Utah

The AACT Board, Committees, and Task Forces will meet in Salt Lake City, Utah for the AACT Winter Meetings 2019.  Executive Committee and Finance will meet on Thursday afternoon.  The remainder of Board and Committee/Taskforce/Team meetings will happen on Friday and Saturday. Most meetings are open. Meetings will be held at the Hale Centre Theatre. Departure on Sunday.  See schedule link below for meeting times.

Transportation to Hotel
The hotel does NOT have an airport shuttle. Transportation to and from the airport will need to be cordinated by carpool, a third party shuttle service or via a taxi, uber, lyft.

I-80 East bound to I-215 South bound. Take I-15 South bound to 10600 South exit. Turn left (East) to State Street. Turn left (North) to 10000 South. Turn left (West) to hotel on left side.

Meetings will be at the Hale Centre Theatre. Reports will be available after Jan 19, 2018.

Theatre Outing
This year, we are in for a real treat with 2 shows being offered at the Hale Centre Theatre. They will be running An American in Paris in the Centre Stage and A Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder in the Jewel Box.

They are offering AACT Board members a generous discount on tickets. Your ticket price is just $23.00!

Showtimes for both shows are Friday at 7:30 pm and Saturday at 7:30 pm.  There is also a Thursday show at 7:30 pm for those coming in early.

We encourage you to take advantage and go see both shows! If you would like to join us, please contact Karen or Winston in the AACT office at 817-732-3177 no later than January 19 to order your ticket(s). They will process your credit card payment, and then AACT will make reservations.
