Community Theatre Management Conference (CTMC)
AACT’s annual Community Theatre Management Conference (CTMC) is a beloved event for theatre administrators of all kinds—full-time managers, part-time office administrators, board members, and dedicated volunteers. Held June 22-24, 2025, in Des Moines, Iowa, just prior to AACTFest 2025, CTMC offers a customized series of discussions tailored to your unique challenges and experiences.

AACT National Directors Conference
Our National Directors Conference is held biennially and is exclusively for full-time community theatre administrators. This three-day event provides a personalized experience, allowing participants to share stories, explore solutions, and network with colleagues. While the next conference date is still to be scheduled, the most recent November 2023 event in San Antonio, Texas was a resounding success.
