AACTFest 2025 offers an exceptional opportunity for your company to showcase its products and services to a diverse audience of theatre enthusiasts from across the United States and overseas U.S. Military Services. This national community theatre festival, held in Des Moines, Iowa, will feature exhibit space from June 25-28, 2025, where you can present your brand to key decision-makers and participants in the theatre community.
By exhibiting at AACTFest, you'll benefit from prime display space at the Hyatt Regency Downtown, strategically positioned near workshops, meetings, and the Design Competition, ensuring high visibility and continuous interaction throughout the festival.
With vendor exhibits, workshops, and various festival events taking place at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown, just five miles from the DSM airport and less than a mile from the Hoyt Sherman Place Theatre, you’ll be perfectly located to connect with attendees during their festival experience.

AACTFest 2025 Exhibit Hall Hours: 8am - 12:30pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (June 26, 27, 28)
Priced at $550, your reservation includes:
- 10’ wide x 8’ deep with 6’ skirted display table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- 8’ height draped back wall
- 3’ height draped side rails
- 1 - 7” x 44” booth ID sign
- Virtual Booth within Festival App
- Admission to all 12 shows at the Hoyt-Sherman
- Full list of all attendees 2 weeks prior to AACTFest
- WiFi/Electricity available (additional charge)
Important Notes:
- Use our online form to specify any special exhibit space requests.
- Space assigned on a first-registered basis.
- Exhibits will be immediately adjacent to workshops and the Design Competition, in the Des Moines Marriott Downtown.
- Exhibit Area will be secure and locked when exhibits are closed.
- Unpack and set up exhibits: Wednesday, June 25, 8am - 4pm
- All displays must be removed by 5 pm, Saturday, June 28
