AACTFEST Speaker Agreement

Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker at Virtual AACTFest!  

Please complete this Speaker Agreement to confirm your participation by April 1, 2021.

For Pre-recorded Sessions - Please make sure to upload your session videos by May 10, 2021. 

Please review the AACTFest Presenter Guidelines for instructions on how to access the festival site and upload your session video.

2.) LOCATION: The workshop will be hosted via either the Zoom or Streamyard platforms.

3.) PREPARATION: The Presenter will be responsible for providing his or her own materials unless approved in advance by AACT. Presenter will not reproduce materials for which Presenter has no copyright authority. Presenter will provide a digital copy of handout materials to the AACT office by May 10, 2021 for transcription and distribution as requested by visually impaired festival attendees. Presenter will have any recorded sessions to the AACT office by May 10, 2021.  Lastly, Presenter will also agree to be hard-wired into ones router upon any live sessions.

4.) DATE: Presenter agrees to present session at date and time indicated in their confirmation email. If there is a conflict, please notify Production Manager, Mary Jo Denolf at [email protected] to reschedule.

5.) SPEAKER PROFILES AND BIOS: An invitation from the AACTFest Conference Platform Whova.com will be sent to you and any co-speakers listed below to create your online speaker profiles.

AACT will be hosting Presenter Orientation sessions to go over the Presenter Guidelines and address any questions not addressed any additional technical or logistical questions you may have. Please feel free to sign-up for a session.
