The National Arts Action Summit/Arts Advocacy Day each spring brings together a broad cross section of America's cultural and civic organizations, along with nearly 500 grassroots advocates representing 45 states across the country, to underscore the importance of developing strong public policies and appropriating increased public funding for the arts.
The 2021 National Arts Action Summit will take place virtually on April 5-9, 2021, hosted by Americans for the Arts and cosponsored by 85+ national arts organizations. The following week, April 12-16, will be Arts Advocacy Week, when advocates will meet meet with their congressional leaders bringing their passion, knowledge, and stories to advance policy.
