AACT National Awards are presented each summer to recognize outstanding contributions to community theatre.

Nominator

If nomination is made by an individual, it must be endorsed by at least one additional individual.

Criteria Statement - required

Type or copy and paste statement detailing nominee's contributions as they pertain to the criteria of the award. Be specific: list activities, number of years of service, etc. Expand box as needed, but include no more than 1500 words.
