JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Hippodrome Theatre located in Gainesville Florida is hiring.

Job Title: Office Manager
Location: 25 SE 2nd Pl Gainesville, FL 32601
Salary:$14 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, (20-30 hours a week) with Full-time possible beginning in August

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the theatre office
- Coordinate communication between different departments within the theatre
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Manage the phones
- Assist Managing Director with tasks
- Assist with daily cash deposits from Box Office and Bar sales
- Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and events including company wide calendar
- Coordinate with all office staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or administration
- Knowledge of financial management
- Familiarity with theatre operations
