JOB DESCRIPTION:
First Presbyterian Church is seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Director of Performing Arts Ministry to lead our vibrant theater program. This is a unique opportunity to blend artistic excellence with spiritual growth, fostering a dynamic environment where creativity and faith intersect.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in theater production and direction, with a strong background in the performing arts.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Vision: A commitment to integrating faith into the arts and a passion for using theater as a ministry tool.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Education: A degree in Theater Arts, Performing Arts, or a related field is preferred.
